ABOUT PAUL

THE POINT ISN'T TO BE FINISHED.

I'm interested in what people are capable of — and what happens when you commit to finding out.

My work has taken me from personal training and building fitness businesses into entrepreneurship, business education, marketing systems and AI. Outside of work, I pursue strength, endurance and athletic skills, and spend a lot of time questioning what achievement actually means.

These aren't separate identities to me. They're different ways of testing the same questions: What does mastery take? What matters? And how much more are we capable of?
